    Dearest Phoenix,

You are in a world-famous rock band; you have access to a team of smart people who would be happy to show you how to avoid using default page themes. Please call management immediately and have them sort you out.

    Best,
    mike

PS: I was going to say you're a "world-famous musician," but I would have been stretching the truth on both accounts.

"And blogging... lame. "Blog" is worse than "twitter." Blogging gives you unlimited space to be a moron. Eat it Shinoda."

    Oh, it's on.

  • Oh no...Phoenix on Twitter

In case you don't already know, I'm not on Twitter. I simply feel this blog is big enough to hold all of my mental barf, I don't need another outlet. With that said, Chester was the only other guy in our band on...until now.

To make a long story short, Phoenix--who has been vehemently against joining--has accepted a dare: to try to stay on for 3 months. My bet is that he won't get to one...but whether he makes it that far or not, it will undoubtedly be hilarious watching him try. Do yourself a favor and follow him. I'll be checking in with him from here on mikeshinoda.com regularly.

My favorite tweet so far: "I already have 2 followers... I think they are junktweets... Maybe my persistent emailer will tweet me about enlarging my weiner."

edit: By the way, while you're there, tell the dumbass at http://twitter.com/m_shinoda that we know he's not me, and that he's an idiot for faking it. What a scumbag, LOL.

This is a Nikon ad, in Korea. When you walk by, the paparazzi cameras flash at you. Look at the surprised look on the dude's face. Priceless.

  • Lyrics In Print: Blinded By The Light

With the SURU show over, there's only one way to recover: a "Lyrics In Print" post.

So I guess it's not "Blinded by the light / wrapped up like a douche" after all...
